1.Total Price includes Pujari/Pandit Charges, Ingredient/Items Charges related to
Puja/Ritual only and Taxes as applicable.
In case of cancellation of booking by customer, Cancellation Charges applicable
as follows:
i). 10% of the Total Price for cancellation prior to 6-8 Days of Puja/Ritual Date.
ii). 25% of the Total Price for cancellation prior to 3-5 Days of Puja/Ritual Date.
ii). 50% of the Total Price for cancellation prior to 1-2 Day of Puja/Ritual Date.
iv).75% of the Total Price for cancellation of booking on the Puja/Ritual Date.
2. Additional items except anything used for Puja/Ritual (e.g., items used for
reception of guests) & Items for Boli-Bidhan, Daan (Animal Sacrifice, any kind of
Offering), Idol (Murty), Bronze/Brass/Copper Items are not included in our List of
Ingredients/Items. Items for Boli-Bidhan, Daan, Idol (Murty) and Additional items to
be arranged by customers on their own.
3. In case of unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities, strikes/bandhs etc., customer booking may be cancelled without any prior notice and that in any case will draw no legal attention. Total booking amount will be refundable to the customer in such cases.
4. Booking by customer for a Puja/Ritual should be prior to 10-12 days from the Date
of Puja/Other Rituals.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction- Resolution of all civil/criminal disputes and
infringement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Assam and the person/persons involved submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction at the district head quarter of Kamrup Metro in the state of Assam.
