Booking Process

Customers are required to book pujas or rituals at least 10-12 days in advance of the scheduled date. Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting customer support.

Refund & Cancellation

Total Price includes Pujari/Pandit Charges, Ingredient/Items Charges related to Puja/Ritual only, and Taxes as applicable.

In case of cancellation of booking by customer, the following Cancellation Charges are applicable:

• 10% of the Total Price for cancellation prior to 6-8 Days of Puja/Ritual Date.
• 25% of the Total Price for cancellation prior to 3-5 Days of Puja/Ritual Date.
• 50% of the Total Price for cancellation prior to 1-2 Day of Puja/Ritual Date.
• 75% of the Total Price for cancellation of booking on Puja/Ritual Date.

In case of unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities, strikes/bandhs etc., customer booking may be cancelled without any prior notice and that in any case will draw no legal attention. Total booking amount will be refundable to the customer in such cases.
